Hola

This is hi from me after 2 weeks on treadmill. I need to keep an account and this is what the blog is going to do.

I started with 205 lbs. I am now 23.5 lbs. I hope the 1.5 lb loss is true! Anyway i will keep walking. I increased my session to 50 minutes on a 2.3 speed average walk,
